Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und waren mit der Unterkunft rundum zufrieden. Die Wohnung war sehr geräumig und bot ausreichend Platz für uns. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt.Besonders angenehm fanden wir, dass wirklich alles vorhanden war, was man für einen Aufenthalt braucht – von ausreichend Handtüchern und Geschirr bis hin zu kleinen Dingen wie Salz, Pfeffer, Öl und etwas Essig. Dadurch hat man sich direkt gut aufgehoben gefühlt.Auch die Terrasse war sehr angenehm und hat den Aufenthalt noch schöner gemacht.Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden die Unterkunft jederzeit weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!

We had a great four-day stay in Brenzone. The apartment was clean, well kept and perfect for our requirements while exploring Lake Garda.The location was ideal, just a very short walk from a lovely small harbour with restaurants and bars. There are also several similar little harbours and villages within an easy walk north or south along the beautiful lakeside path.Brenzone proved to be an excellent base for exploring the mid and northern parts of Lake Garda, with all the main towns and attractions within easy reach.The private parking and grocery story less than a minute away was very convenient. Elisabetta was a fantastic host.A lovely apartment in a great location – we would happily stay here again.

Komfortables Appartment mit gut ausgestatteter Küche, genau richtig für bis zu 5 Personen. Von der grünen Terrasse gelangt man bequem zum Pool. Das Auto kann in einer Tiefgarage geparkt werden. Supermarkt, Restaurants und Strand in in der Nähe. Die Aussicht in fantastisch. Die Besitzerin ist gut erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit.

Das ist ein wunderschönes, sehr sauberes Apartment in einer ruhigen Anlage mit gepflegtem Garten. Sehr nah beim See gelegen, fußläufig sind nette Bars und Cafés zu erreichen, und die Korrespondenz mit Elisabetta verlief unkomplizierter und sehr, sehr freundlich. Wir kommen gerne, jederzeit wieder!

We had a fantastic stay in Beth’s wonderful apartment in Brenzone. Parking was included, and it was very convenient being just a one-minute walk from the nearest grocery store. The view from the balcony is absolutely magical. Elisabetta was a fantastic host. I highly recommend renting an apartment through Beth’s house.

We stayed at the Villetta and were extremely happy with our choice. The house if tastefully furnished and decorated and has all the necessities (full kitchen, dish washer, washing machine etc). There is a small supermarket 5 mins walk and several restaurants, coffee bars in close walking distance. There is a large parking just opposite.The host was very kind and reactive and lives close by.We would definately stay here again!

Wir waren zu viert im Appartement Miry und im Appartement Azzurra. Azzurra ist sehr schön und groß und liebevoll eingerichtet. Hier hatten die Kinder ihr eigenes Schlafzimmer. Leider liegt das Appartement direkt an der "Hauptstraße" was ein bisschen die Idylle und den wunderbaren Seeblick stört. Supermarkt ist direkt darunter, Garage ist ebenfalls vorhanden allerdings nur mit kleinem Auto zu empfehlen.lasst euch hier vom ersten Eindruck nicht täuschen.Miry ist kleiner, die Kinder hatten ein schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer, aber ebenfalls sehr schön und gut ausgestattet. und hier ist der seeblick atemberaubend!! der Pool ist ok, allerdings gibt es hier einige Regeln zu beachten was für die Kinder ein bisschen schade war. Dennoch ist das Appartement perfekt um den Abend auf dem Balkon ausklingen zu lassen. Auch hier ist eine Tiefgarage vorhanden.Beth war immer erreichbar und auch sehr hilfsbereit. rundum gelungener Urlaub am gardasee!! wahrscheinlich kommen wir wieder 🙂

Die Villa ist einfach ein Traum. Wir haben hier eine wunderbare Zeit vollbracht. Es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt und dazu der wundervolle Ausblick von der Terrasse einfach ein Träumchen. Einzig der kurze Weg zum Parkplatz bedarf erhöhter Aufmerksamkeit. Die Pizzaria gegenüber kann man ebenfalls positiv bewerten. Eine kleine Bar und der Supermarkt sind fussläufig zu erreichen und in Brenzone (ca. 3km) gibt es einen Panificio und eine Marcellaria. Die Vermieterin sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend und bei Bedarf sofort zur Stelle. Fünf Sterne sind eindeutig zu wenig.

Elisabetta made our stay incredibly smooth. She kindly allowed us an early check-in, and greeted us on arrival, showed us around the property and answered our queries. The thoughtful touches—sweets for the kids and a bottle of prosecco for us—were truly appreciated.The location is very convenient for exploring Lake Garda, and the property itself offers a nice view of the lake.

The ULIVI apartment was perfect for our dive weekend // close-by to the diving base (to fill the tanks sportdiver.it) as well as central to the dive sites and the ferry port on the East shore of the lake. The 2 bed-room apartment's kitchen was well equipped, the host Elisabetta super friendly, responsive & flexible as we got delayed on the arrival day. The small garden with the olive trees creates Italian flair. We felt instantly at home. The parking garage is a bit small for bigger cars - but there are alternative parking spots. Closeby (2min walk) is a small supermarket, coffee bar & beach bar on the promenade (for the sunset), at the main square 3min walk you find a pizzeria & the restaurant Luisa (with amazing home-made Tiramisu 😍) ... We will for sure come back !

Sehr preiswert und auch sehr schön! Wir haben unseren Urlaub dort sehr genossen, die Kommunikation lief sehr einfach und gut, der selbst Check in war super erklärt und bebildert in einer PDF.Wir kommen bestimmt wieder. 👍🏻

Wir haben eine Woche Ferien dort gebucht. Bereits zum zweiten Mal. Der Balkon ist sehr schön und die Aussicht toll. Die Wohnung ist neu und modern eingerichtet. Die Liegenschaft verfügt über mehrere Wohnungen. Die Mieter dort sind "Touristen" nicht sehr offen und freundlich eingestellt. Am Pool wurde über uns gelästert, da wir nicht wussten, dass man die Liegestühle selber mitbringen muss. Anstatt dies anständig zu erklären, wurden unsere Sachen genommen und diese auf den Boden geknallt, Handy inklusive. Dies hätte man anständig mitteilen können. Im Herbst hatten wir die zweite Woche dort verbracht. Am Anfang war die Wohnung sehr kalt. Nach unserer Rückmeldung wurde die Heizung angestellt. Leider hatte die Wohnung viele Ameisen, was sehr unangenehm war. Die Lage und Standard der Wohnung ist jedoch wirklich sehr toll.

We absolutely loved staying here. It was very clean and spacious. Elisabeth was lovely and very responsive to the couple questions we had. The area is beautiful and the apartment is in a great location. The view from the balcony was spectacular! We have already said we want to come back!

I do not recommend this property. We booked a stay from September 28 to October 3, but ended up leaving after just two hours due to the extremely poor condition of the apartment.From the start, it was clear that the listing was misleading. The photos showed a bright and clean space, but in reality, the apartment was dark—more like a basement—and quite dirty. For example, the sofa was advertised as yellow but was actually green. While this might seem minor, it was just the beginning.Upon entering, we were overwhelmed by a strong, unpleasant chemical smell—like toilet cleaner—which filled the entire apartment. It was so bad we had to stay outside for most of those two hours. We were traveling with our 3-year-old daughter and didn’t feel comfortable exposing her to such an environment of unknown air quality.Inside, we found mold in the refrigerator, cobwebs on the walls, visible dust on the bathroom fan, a moldy silicone seal in the shower, and a dirty bathroom door handle. It was unacceptable, especially for families traveling with children. Storing food in that refrigerator was out of the question.We informed the owner, who insisted the apartment was in “excellent condition” and “thoroughly cleaned.” She refused to come inside when we offered to show her the issues in person. Instead, she told us we could cancel the booking, but that she would not refund the full amount, despite the circumstances.In our opinion, this apartment is not suitable for guests, particularly families with small children. We ended our stay immediately and returned the keys the same day.

Elisabetta’s house in Brenzone sul Garda provided us the perfect home-base for our week in Lake Garda. The house is comfortable, clean, quiet and well equipped. Its location is ideal, offering easy access to sites on the eastern and northern shores of the lake, whether by foot, bike, car or ferry. We made it a priority to spend our evenings at the house to watch the sun set over the lake and enjoy all the activity on the boardwalk. Elisabetta’s instructions and resources were helpful. And the parking included was a plus. What a treat!

Wir waren vom 12. Bis. 16.09. im Appartement Ora und haben sehr sehr schöne Tage in diesem tollen Appartement verbracht. Der Blick vom Balkon ist der beste überhaupt. Man kann nur dort sein und Kaffee oder Wein genießen. Es war alles perfekt. Vielen Dank Elisabetta für die excelente Betreuung.

Die Wohnung Ulivi war perfekt für uns. Sie entsprach der Beschreibung. Die Lage und der private Garten sind absolut traumhaft. Wir haben die Zeit genossen. Nur wenige Meter zum See um sich zu erfrischen. Auch der Pool ist ideal um ein paar Runden zu schwimmen.

Elisabetta is helpful, friendly and responsive. She likes to make sure you are happy and has provided you with everything you need in the apartment. It is very clean and has a wonderful balcony with a beautiful view of Lake Garda. The pool looks amazing however I enjoyed swimming in the lake with lots of beach areas to choose from. It is a short walk downhill to the lake with supermarket, restaurants, cafe, ferries and bus stop close by. We enjoyed dinner at June Beach (only 5 mins away). We caught a ferry to Sirmione and the views were spectacular on the way. You can also travel to Malcesine which is a big town with lots of shops and restaurants. Brenzone sul Garda is a quiet spot but also picturesque. The further you travel up Lake Garda the more mountainous it becomes so we were happy with our choice. Highly recommend.

Schlafzimmer ist direkt am Eingang zum Zimmer (Bett 50zentimeter von der Tür entfernt) keine Klimaanlage. Baden im Pool nur mit Badekappe. 400 Euro pro Nacht gibt's woanders deutlich besser

Clean, nice and quiet. perfect host that even helpt us with the laundry❤️ the machine got stucked and we didn’t have time to wait because we where going on an excursion. Elisabetha dryed and fold the laundry for us. We were so grateful because we were leaving the next day and never had time to get everything dry.

Had an absolutely amazing stay! We had the best views , clean apartment , great WiFi , accessible lake and shops in the area! I would recommend a car if you are in that part of the lake so you can drive down 10 mins or so to other towns as well which are all very unique 🙂 most likely to come back !!!!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Beths Wohnung ORA und ich bereue es, nicht noch etwas länger dageblieben zu sein.. Wenn wir wiederkommen, dann definitiv für mehr Nächte, schon allein die Aussicht vom großzügigen Balkon ist lohnenswert.Die Kommunikation mit Beth war sehr einfach, sie war stets erreichbar und gut auf uns eingestellt, da wir durch viel Stau doch etwas später kamen als gedacht.Die Wohnung ist sehr durchdacht eingerichtet - sehr smart mit ausreichend Steckdosen, Lichtschaltern, Sonos Box, NFC-Ladestation fürs Handy. Die perfekte Sauberkeit und die hochwertige Ausstattung waren eine 10/10.Die Anlage insgesamt und der Pool waren sehr gepflegt.Eindeutige Empfehlung - wir kommen wieder!

Appartement idéalement situé. Elisabetha est une hôtesse formidable. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à Assenza. Tout est à proximité : épicerie, restaurant, d'ailleurs nous vous conseillons le CIRCOLO (Yacht Club) près de la plage Aquafresca, les plats y sont délicieux pour un prix défiant toute concurrence 🙂

Durch die Beschreibung von Elisabetta war alles einfach. Wir wussten wo wir ausladenden, wo unser Tiefgaragen Platz ist und wo unsere Wohnung war. Der Vorgarten ist einfach traumhaft schön, in der Wohnung angekommen bekommt man schon einen kleinen Ausblick Richtung Balkon auf den Gardasee und kommt aus dem staunen nicht mehr heraus. Es ist wie auf den Bildern und das wussten wir sehr zu schätzen. Es ist alles in der Nähe was man braucht und der Urlaub ist gesichert. Es war ein perfekter Urlaub, perfekte Lage, perfekte Zeit im April kaum was los kein übertriebener Tourismus. Nirgends Wartezeiten und das Wetter hat auch mitgemacht. Absolut perfekt. Danke Elisabetta für die super tolle Wohnung.

We had an excellent few days in the apartment which is located 100 yards from the lake. It was easy to find with an allocated parking space which is a bonus in this popular area. The apartment was spotless and plenty large enough for the 4 of us who stayed there. The host also provided further details of local places to visit which was a really nice touch.

Wir hatten eine Ferienwohnung mit Garten und alles was man braucht, inkl. Waschmaschine, Garage, und sogar eine 2. Terrasse.Beth war sehr sehr freundlich, immer hilfsbereit, hat uns Tipps gegeben und zwischendrin zurück gefragt, ob alles ok ist oder ob wir was brauchenAlles war perfekt für unsere Familie.

I am so glad to select this place. The location is just perfect. It's a quiet and calm place and brings a scenic and serene view from the balcony. Elisabetta is an extremely helpful host. The location is just 10 mins walk from Malcesine. There is bus and ferry to all other Garda location. In summary, for a small family there cannot be a better place. The apartment was sparkling clean and have everything that you need during your stay. Elisabetta greeted us with Beer and chocolates. We even found roasted coffee, olive oils and spices. We really enjoyed our stay

In Short, we liked everything about this apartment. Building is located in nice area with stunning view of Garda Lake and surrounding mountains. Garden as well as swimming pool is well maintained and gives a real pleasure of using it. Apartment itself is very bright and comfortable. View from balcony is a great bonus and no words can describe it. Apartment is nicely arranged, it has all needed equipment to maintain comfy stay, additionally you can find some kind of ‘personal touch’ in decorations which makes you fell like home. Elisabetta (host) was very communicative and helpful. We regret that we didn’t choose it for longer stay.

Es war eine super tolle Ferienwohnung mit allem was man braucht - und noch vielem mehr - die uns diesen schönen Urlaub ermöglicht hat. Eine äußerst nette und hilfsbereite Betreuung, so dass keine wünsche offen blieben. Wir können Beth´s House jedem uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Auch die Außenanlage (Pool) sowie der Blick auf den Gardasee war sehr gut!

Tolle Pension mit schönem Seeblick. An alles wurde gedacht komplettes Geschirr, schöne Einrichtung... wir kommen wieder und werden Beth's House uneingeschrenkt weiterempfehlen ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 Sterne 👍🏻

Grande esperienza in una bella location, veramente in un punto che definire “strategico” è poco. Pulizia maniacale, l’appartamento vista lago non manca proprio di nulla, in tanti anni e altrettanti viaggi non mi era mai capitato di trovare una location così completa, la cura che Elisabetta mette in ogni dettaglio è strabiliante, veramente tanti complimenti, il lago è stupendo e sicuramente torneremo!

The apartment was really nice and everything was exactly as it was promised in the pictures. The kitchen has everything you need, the whole apartment was perfectly clean and the bed was comfortable. We had some great days exploring the area, even off-season and with not the best weather. Elisabetta was a great host, who welcomed us very friendly and gave tips for activities and restaurants! :)We can definitely recommend staying here!

Wir waren mit unserem Apartment wirklich sehr zufrieden und es hat an nichts gefehlt! Egal ob in der Küche Zubehör (Kaffee, Essig, Öl, sämtliche Küchengeräte und Küchenhelfer vorhanden, Waschmittel, Geschirrspülertaps, usw usw) wie auch an alles andere war gedacht (Sonnenschirm für Strand, Wäscheständer usw). Beth war jederzeit erreichbar und hat uns super Tipps gegeben. Lage ist super, kleiner steiler Berg, aber sehr ruhige Gegend, in 3 Minuten am Strand und Restaurant, 5 Minuten zum Supermarkt, alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Jederzeit wieder!
